Speculations-Let it be alone

What was Jaejoong worrying about?…It was quite a worrying tweet wasn’t it?
I am also worried but…sadly I don’t know the reason
I think at this time, people around him is holding him tightly and warming his heart (t/n: cheering him).

For all we know he probably was whining about a certain accomplishment.
If it’s like that, then let’s let him whine…those things are also important right
He had always flood us with courage… We too should hold tightly, and for a while, let’s silently watch over him.
Maybe now isn’t the time for us to pry and investigate the reason for that (reason for his tweets)

Apart from that, about yesterday’s trial, the source of speculation seems to stand alone…but the judgment didn’t seem to be okay? Kind of speculation, so it seems to stand alone but…just because of that, I would say it definitely didn’t happen.

[INFO] 120217 Noizu Productions Announcement related to JYJ’s Concert in Lima, Peru

Greetings ….. First of all we want to thank all the fanclubs who attended the meeting yesterday; these are some of the points we all agreed  and as we communicated days before, this would be released to keep everyone informed.

With regards to the entry [to the concert], we agreed with the fanclubs that, one day before the Concert, they will be able to queue, and we agreed to an exact time, to prevent others to queue days before the concert, because we must also remember that many fans from overseas will arrive early and the costs to come here is high, so some people will start queuing to avoid spending more than they already have spent here; we are seeking  the best security for everyone to be in better conditions and to avoid problems, so the queue will begin at 8:00 pm on March 10th.

Noizu, in gratitude to all, will add portable toilets and provide security for those who will camp out a day before the concert, so everyone can can go in peacefully . We must remember that the fans must stay calm and not make noise, as we want to avoid problems with the authorities and neighbors.  Fanclubs will help in giving tickets in order of arrival, to monitor the queue and not have problems because someone keeps a place in line; we all need to help to maintain order. The only open item is, if you will be able to carry tents, which we will announce days in the coming days.

Banners and Posters: We speak very clearly that this concert is called “JYJ in Lima”,  so we will only allow to let in everything that has to do with JYJ and the individual artist members (Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun). Just like we reported yesterday, this concert will be recorded and we want nothing to do with other bands that will not have a performance that day, so  please avoid  problems at the door/entry.

All products to be sold  and authorized by the band will be announced next week with more details.

This time too, JYJ couldn’t come back. On 29 Jan, JYJ’s management company C-JeS Entertainment announced, “CGV has noticed the cancellation of the screening of JYJ’s daily documentary <The Day>.” It happened only 10 days after the contract between C-JeS and CJ has been sealed. C-JeS stated, “CGV suddenly notified us about the cancellation via phone call. Even though we have suggested them several times to modify the contract and said that we would agree to other conditions, we eventually received a cancellation notice.” C-JeS has filed a complaint to the FTC and the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission. What is the reason that made CGV of CJ terminate the contract despite risk of legal dispute?

‘External pressure’ toward a certain idol movie

CJ and CGV’s official answer is that “there was a problem in the contract process, which was belatedly found out. Both sides have tried to find an agreement but failed.” Kim Taehee-ssi of CGV’s PR team said, “Before deciding the screening, CGV hasn’t seen that documentary even once. CGV’s related team didn’t also properly follow the reporting procedures.” CG also informed C-Jes about the ‘problem of contract process’, such as, “exchange of emails relating to the screening between both sides without seeing the documentary, press release without prior confirmation about the final screening scale, contract sealing without going through internal reporting procedures,” etc. Nevertheless, C-JeS stated, “On 21 Jan, CGV backed out of the contract, saying that ‘the contract wasn’t delivered through the proper channel’. We already said that they could see the documentary at anytime and suggested to postpone the opening day so that they could have internal preview, but they kept insisting on the cancellation.” If what C-JeS said is true, we should focus more on ‘CGV’s internal problems’.  Continue reading →

[TRANS] 120214 JYJ “The Day” re-announcement

We feel sorry about re-announcing the screening of JYJ’s daily life documentary video ‘The Day’.

JYJ’s daily life documentary was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day commemoration for fans, but CGV theatres failed to fulfil the contract unilaterally, causing the screening of ‘The Day’ to be cancelled in February. We wanted to delay the screening time of the premiere or modify the contract’s content to make it more valid. In the end, we had to announce the cancellation of the screening.

Originally, the contents of the documentary was not made for theatre broadcast as we wanted it to be a service for local fans. Hence, we felt more regrettable about our choice to use theatres and our plans had fallen through. However, our determination to share the documentary with the fans and our hard work to accomplish our task has brought about an amicable discussion with Lotte Cinema. Soon, we decided the premiere date. Also, a special JYJ’s stage greeting is expected to be shown on the date of premiere and in theatres on weekends.

At least for a day like today, I want to say ‘I love you’ to everyone. And, with regards to us going for our South America for concert. We will try our best to spread our Korea and JYJ’s music at these 2 countries – Peru and Chile. So, now I will call JYJ’s Y, YuChun over. YuChun ahh~

Yoochun: Oh?! JaeJoong hyung! Hello. I’m Park YuChun who has the role of Y in JYJ. Isn’t today Valentine’s day? So, I’ve suddenly become curious if everyone is making chocolate so that you can express your love to a guy that you like. Originally, there was an event that could allow us to meet everyone. But, it’s a pity that we couldn’t do so. I believe that CJeS will work hard so we can have events that would allow us to meet everyone. And, ‘Rooftop Prince’ would be boardcasted in march. Please like it alot. Junsu too a lot… Please love Junsu’s musical a lot too. Not long before, he had his first performance. I heard that it ended in great success.
